Application Process
Online application is a PROVISIONAL PLACE REQUEST ONLY. Parents or legal guardians must attend the School Administration Office, present original documents, sign the admission application and Parent Declaration in person, pay approved fees and receive formal confirmation before the deadline.

অনলাইন আবেদন কেবল অস্থায়ী আসনের অনুরোধ। পিতা-মাতা বা আইনগত অভিভাবককে প্রশাসনিক অফিসে উপস্থিত হয়ে মূল কাগজপত্র দেখাতে, ভর্তি আবেদন ও অভিভাবক ঘোষণাপত্রে সরাসরি স্বাক্ষর করতে, অনুমোদিত ফি পরিশোধ করতে এবং সময়সীমার মধ্যে ভর্তি নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
Who Can Apply — Grades 1–5
We welcome applications for Grades 1–5 in our English-medium, Cambridge-based primary programme. Placement is determined through the school’s admission process, the child’s previous learning and age-appropriate readiness. An application does not guarantee a place.

আমাদের ইংরেজি মাধ্যমের কেমব্রিজভিত্তিক প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা কার্যক্রমে গ্রেড ১–৫-এর জন্য আবেদন গ্রহণ করা হয়। বিদ্যালয়ের ভর্তি প্রক্রিয়া, শিশুর পূর্ববর্তী শিক্ষাগত অভিজ্ঞতা ও বয়সোপযোগী প্রস্তুতি বিবেচনা করে শ্রেণি নির্ধারণ করা হয়। আবেদন করলেই আসন নিশ্চিত হয় না।
Admission Steps
Step 1: Contact the Admissions Office and request the current admission form. Step 2: Complete the form accurately and provide the supporting documents requested by the school. Step 3: Attend the scheduled admission assessment or discussion, where applicable. Step 4: Receive the school’s admission decision. Step 5: A parent or legal guardian must attend the Administration Office, verify original documents, sign the admission form and Parent Declaration, pay the approved fees and obtain written confirmation.

ধাপ ১: ভর্তি অফিসে যোগাযোগ করে বর্তমান ভর্তি ফরম সংগ্রহ করুন। ধাপ ২: সঠিক তথ্য দিয়ে ফরম পূরণ করুন এবং বিদ্যালয়ের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র জমা দিন। ধাপ ৩: প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে নির্ধারিত ভর্তি মূল্যায়ন বা আলোচনায় অংশ নিন। ধাপ ৪: বিদ্যালয়ের ভর্তি সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করুন। ধাপ ৫: পিতা-মাতা বা আইনগত অভিভাবককে প্রশাসনিক অফিসে উপস্থিত হয়ে মূল কাগজপত্র যাচাই করাতে, ভর্তি ফরম ও অভিভাবক ঘোষণাপত্রে স্বাক্ষর করতে, অনুমোদিত ফি পরিশোধ করতে এবং লিখিত ভর্তি নিশ্চিতকরণ নিতে হবে।
Documents and Information
Parents should be prepared to provide the child’s birth registration or other accepted identity record, previous school report or transfer information (if applicable), parent/guardian contact and identification details, emergency contacts, and the names of authorised persons permitted to collect the child. The Admissions Office will confirm the exact document and photograph requirements before submission. Bring original documents for verification.
প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র ও তথ্য
অভিভাবকদের শিশুর জন্মনিবন্ধন বা বিদ্যালয়ের গ্রহণযোগ্য পরিচয়পত্র, পূর্ববর্তী বিদ্যালয়ের ফলাফল বা ছাড়পত্রের তথ্য (প্রযোজ্য হলে), পিতা-মাতা বা অভিভাবকের যোগাযোগ ও পরিচয়সংক্রান্ত তথ্য, জরুরি যোগাযোগের তথ্য এবং শিশুকে নিয়ে যাওয়ার অনুমোদিত ব্যক্তিদের নাম প্রস্তুত রাখতে হবে। জমা দেওয়ার আগে ভর্তি অফিস প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র ও ছবির সঠিক চাহিদা নিশ্চিত করবে। যাচাইয়ের জন্য মূল কাগজপত্র সঙ্গে আনতে হবে।
Admission Assessment and Placement
Any admission assessment is intended to understand a child’s current learning needs and readiness for the appropriate grade. The school will communicate the assessment arrangements and placement decision to parents. Parents should not assume that an online enquiry or assessment invitation is a confirmed admission.
ভর্তি মূল্যায়ন ও শ্রেণি নির্ধারণ
ভর্তি মূল্যায়নের উদ্দেশ্য হলো শিশুর বর্তমান শিক্ষাগত চাহিদা এবং উপযুক্ত শ্রেণির জন্য প্রস্তুতি বোঝা। মূল্যায়নের ব্যবস্থা ও শ্রেণি নির্ধারণের সিদ্ধান্ত বিদ্যালয় অভিভাবকদের জানাবে। অনলাইন অনুসন্ধান বা মূল্যায়নের আমন্ত্রণকে নিশ্চিত ভর্তি হিসেবে গণ্য করা যাবে না।
Parent Responsibilities and Child Safety
Parents and guardians must provide accurate information, read and sign the Parent Declaration, follow school rules and safeguarding procedures, and maintain up-to-date emergency and authorised-collector details. Every child must be handed over to school staff and collected through the school’s register by an authorised person. NO ID CARD — NO CHILD RELEASE · NO EXCEPTIONS.
অভিভাবকের দায়িত্ব ও শিশুর নিরাপত্তা
অভিভাবকদের সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান, অভিভাবক ঘোষণাপত্র পড়ে স্বাক্ষর, বিদ্যালয়ের নিয়ম ও শিশু সুরক্ষা পদ্ধতি অনুসরণ এবং জরুরি যোগাযোগ ও অনুমোদিত সংগ্রহকারীর তথ্য হালনাগাদ রাখতে হবে। প্রতিটি শিশুকে বিদ্যালয়ের কর্মীর কাছে হস্তান্তর করতে হবে এবং অনুমোদিত ব্যক্তিকে বিদ্যালয়ের নিবন্ধন প্রক্রিয়া অনুসরণ করে শিশু গ্রহণ করতে হবে। পরিচয়পত্র ছাড়া শিশু হস্তান্তর নয় — কোনো ব্যতিক্রম নয়।
Fees and Final Confirmation
Admission is final only after the school verifies the documents, receives the applicable approved payments and issues formal confirmation. Please consult the School Fees page for the published fee schedule. No online form on this static preview website should be treated as a completed or transmitted application.
