Founder and Group Chairman
Sir Dr. Anam Ul Islam, BSc, MBA, DBA, PhD (UK), is the Founder and Group Chairman. The school operates as a member of Sir Dr. Anam Ul Islam Foundation Education Group. The Chairman provides institutional direction and oversight of educational quality, pupil welfare and accountable management.

School Leadership and Academic Administration
The Head of School and authorised academic administrators coordinate day-to-day school operations, timetables, pupil attendance, classroom support and communication with families. Individual appointments and titles will be published only after formal confirmation.

Academic Coordination and Support Staff
Authorised academic coordinators support lesson planning, assessments, examinations and consistency across classes. Administrative and support staff maintain records, assist families and keep school operations organised. Staff must act professionally and protect confidential information.
একাডেমিক সমন্বয় ও সহায়ক কর্মী
অনুমোদিত একাডেমিক সমন্বয়কারীগণ পাঠ পরিকল্পনা, মূল্যায়ন, পরীক্ষা এবং শ্রেণিগুলোর মধ্যে সামঞ্জস্য বজায় রাখতে সহায়তা করেন। প্রশাসনিক ও সহায়ক কর্মীগণ নথিপত্র সংরক্ষণ, পরিবারকে সহায়তা এবং বিদ্যালয়ের কার্যক্রম সুশৃঙ্খল রাখতে কাজ করেন। কর্মীদের পেশাদার আচরণ ও গোপনীয় তথ্যের সুরক্ষা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
Safeguarding, Accountability and Conduct
School leaders and all staff share responsibility for pupil safeguarding, respectful treatment, fair conduct and prompt reporting of concerns. The authorised collection rule remains NO ID CARD — NO CHILD RELEASE · NO EXCEPTIONS. Allegations and complaints must be handled discreetly through appropriate school procedures.

বিদ্যালয়ের নেতৃত্ব ও সকল কর্মী শিশু সুরক্ষা, সম্মানজনক আচরণ, ন্যায়সংগত ব্যবহার এবং উদ্বেগের দ্রুত প্রতিবেদন করার দায়িত্ব পালন করেন। অনুমোদিত শিক্ষার্থী হস্তান্তরের নিয়ম অপরিবর্তিত: পরিচয়পত্র ছাড়া শিশু হস্তান্তর নয় · কোনো ব্যতিক্রম নয়। অভিযোগ ও উদ্বেগ যথাযথ বিদ্যালয় প্রক্রিয়ার মাধ্যমে গোপনীয়তার সঙ্গে পরিচালনা করতে হবে।
Parents, Communication and Feedback
Class teachers are the first point of contact for routine learning matters. Parents may contact school administration about attendance, welfare or operational questions. Formal complaints may be sent to chairman@happykidsprimary.com. Parents will be informed of relevant school decisions through official channels.

নিয়মিত শিক্ষাসংক্রান্ত বিষয়ে শ্রেণিশিক্ষকই প্রথম যোগাযোগের ব্যক্তি। উপস্থিতি, কল্যাণ বা পরিচালনাসংক্রান্ত প্রশ্নে অভিভাবকগণ বিদ্যালয় প্রশাসনের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন। আনুষ্ঠানিক অভিযোগ chairman@happykidsprimary.com ঠিকানায় পাঠানো যাবে। বিদ্যালয়ের প্রাসঙ্গিক সিদ্ধান্ত সম্পর্কে অভিভাবকদের আনুষ্ঠানিক মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে।
Governance and Continuous Improvement
The Foundation Education Group provides overarching institutional governance. School leadership reviews educational provision, safety, parent feedback and operational practices to support continuous improvement.
