Compulsory School Uniform — BDT 1,500
The official school uniform is compulsory for pupils in Grades 1–5. The approved uniform charge is BDT 1,500. Parents should follow the School Administration Office’s instructions on payment, fitting, issue and collection.
বাধ্যতামূলক স্কুল ইউনিফর্ম — ১,৫০০ টাকা
১ম থেকে ৫ম শ্রেণির সকল শিক্ষার্থীর জন্য নির্ধারিত স্কুল ইউনিফর্ম বাধ্যতামূলক। অনুমোদিত ইউনিফর্ম ফি ১,৫০০ টাকা। মূল্য পরিশোধ, মাপ নেওয়া, সরবরাহ ও সংগ্রহের বিষয়ে অভিভাবকদের বিদ্যালয়ের প্রশাসনিক অফিসের নির্দেশনা অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
Approved Clothing and Footwear
Pupils must wear the school-approved uniform and suitable, clean footwear on school days. The Administration will confirm the approved colours, garments, shoes and any seasonal requirements; parents should not assume unannounced specifications.
অনুমোদিত পোশাক ও জুতা
শিক্ষার্থীদের বিদ্যালয় দিবসে অনুমোদিত ইউনিফর্ম এবং উপযুক্ত ও পরিষ্কার জুতা পরতে হবে। পোশাকের রং, ধরন, জুতা ও মৌসুমি প্রয়োজনীয়তা প্রশাসন নিশ্চিত করবে; ঘোষিত হয়নি এমন কোনো নির্দিষ্ট নকশা অভিভাবকদের ধরে নেওয়া উচিত নয়।
Personal Presentation and Hygiene
Uniforms should be clean, properly fitted and in good condition. Hair, nails and personal hygiene should be maintained in an age-appropriate manner. Clothing and accessories must be safe and suitable for classroom learning and school activities.
পরিচ্ছন্নতা ও ব্যক্তিগত উপস্থাপন
ইউনিফর্ম পরিষ্কার, সঠিক মাপের ও ভালো অবস্থায় রাখতে হবে। বয়স অনুযায়ী চুল, নখ ও ব্যক্তিগত পরিচ্ছন্নতা বজায় রাখতে হবে। পোশাক ও আনুষঙ্গিক সামগ্রী শ্রেণিকক্ষের পাঠদান এবং বিদ্যালয়ের কার্যক্রমের জন্য নিরাপদ ও উপযুক্ত হতে হবে।
School Activities and Special Events
The approved uniform should normally be worn during school activities, educational visits and official events unless the school gives different instructions in advance. Any special-event dress requirements will be communicated to parents.
বিদ্যালয়ের কার্যক্রম ও বিশেষ অনুষ্ঠান
বিদ্যালয় আগে থেকে ভিন্ন নির্দেশনা না দিলে সাধারণত স্কুলের কার্যক্রম, শিক্ষাসফর ও আনুষ্ঠানিক অনুষ্ঠানে অনুমোদিত ইউনিফর্ম পরতে হবে। বিশেষ অনুষ্ঠানের জন্য আলাদা পোশাক প্রয়োজন হলে অভিভাবকদের জানানো হবে।
Parents’ Responsibilities
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that pupils arrive in the correct uniform, with clean and serviceable clothing and footwear. Please inform the class teacher or Administration promptly if a temporary difficulty affects compliance.
অভিভাবকদের দায়িত্ব
শিক্ষার্থীরা সঠিক ইউনিফর্ম এবং পরিষ্কার ও ব্যবহারযোগ্য পোশাক ও জুতা পরে বিদ্যালয়ে আসে—এটি নিশ্চিত করা অভিভাবকদের দায়িত্ব। সাময়িক কোনো সমস্যার কারণে নিয়ম মানতে অসুবিধা হলে দ্রুত শ্রেণিশিক্ষক বা প্রশাসনকে জানাতে হবে।
Uniform Supply and Collection
The School Administration Office will advise when uniforms are available and how they may be collected after the applicable payment. Parents should use the school-approved supply arrangements rather than purchasing an unapproved substitute.
ইউনিফর্ম সরবরাহ ও সংগ্রহ
প্রযোজ্য ফি পরিশোধের পর ইউনিফর্ম কখন পাওয়া যাবে এবং কীভাবে সংগ্রহ করতে হবে, তা বিদ্যালয়ের প্রশাসনিক অফিস জানাবে। অনুমোদনহীন বিকল্প পোশাক কেনার পরিবর্তে বিদ্যালয়ের নির্ধারিত সরবরাহব্যবস্থা অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
Books and Stationery — BDT 4,000
The separate compulsory annual books and stationery charge is BDT 4,000. The School Administration Office will provide information about issue and collection. This charge is not part of the BDT 1,500 uniform fee.
বই ও স্টেশনারি — ৪,০০০ টাকা
বই ও স্টেশনারির পৃথক বাধ্যতামূলক বার্ষিক ফি ৪,০০০ টাকা। সরবরাহ ও সংগ্রহের তথ্য বিদ্যালয়ের প্রশাসনিক অফিস জানাবে। এই ফি ১,৫০০ টাকার ইউনিফর্ম ফির অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়।
Parent and Authorised Collector Identification
Three recent passport-sized photographs of EACH parent are required for the school’s identification records. Pupils may only be collected by an authorised person under the school’s identification and collection procedures. NO ID CARD — NO CHILD RELEASE — NO EXCEPTIONS.
অভিভাবক ও অনুমোদিত সংগ্রহকারীর পরিচয়
বিদ্যালয়ের পরিচয়সংক্রান্ত নথির জন্য প্রত্যেক পিতা-মাতার তিন কপি সাম্প্রতিক পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ছবি প্রয়োজন। বিদ্যালয়ের পরিচয় যাচাই ও শিক্ষার্থী হস্তান্তরের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী কেবল অনুমোদিত ব্যক্তির কাছেই শিশু হস্তান্তর করা যাবে। পরিচয়পত্র ছাড়া শিশু হস্তান্তর নয় — কোনো ব্যতিক্রম নয়।
Payment Timing
The uniform and books-and-stationery charges are compulsory, but not all school charges fall due at admission. Please follow the official fee notice for each payment deadline.
