Shared Responsibilities
Parents and pupils must respect school rules, staff, other families and the learning environment. Parents must provide accurate contact and authorised collection details, follow school communications and sign the Parent Declaration in person.
যৌথ দায়িত্ব
অভিভাবক ও শিক্ষার্থীদের বিদ্যালয়ের নিয়ম, কর্মচারী, অন্যান্য পরিবার ও শিক্ষার পরিবেশকে সম্মান করতে হবে। সঠিক যোগাযোগ ও অনুমোদিত সংগ্রহকারীর তথ্য প্রদান এবং সরাসরি অভিভাবক ঘোষণাপত্রে স্বাক্ষর করতে হবে।
Safeguarding and Conduct
No ID card — no child release. No exceptions. Bullying, harassment, intimidation, discrimination and abusive conduct are not acceptable. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing to the Chairman’s Office.
শিশু সুরক্ষা ও আচরণ
পরিচয়পত্র ছাড়া শিশু হস্তান্তর নয়—কোনো ব্যতিক্রম নয়। বুলিং, হয়রানি, ভয়ভীতি, বৈষম্য ও অপমানজনক আচরণ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। আনুষ্ঠানিক অভিযোগ লিখিতভাবে চেয়ারম্যানের কার্যালয়ে জমা দিতে হবে।
Attendance and Punctuality
Pupils must attend school regularly and arrive on time for their assigned session. Parents must inform the school promptly of absence, illness or a change in collection arrangements.
উপস্থিতি ও সময়ানুবর্তিতা
শিক্ষার্থীদের নিয়মিত বিদ্যালয়ে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে এবং নির্ধারিত সেশনে সময়মতো আসতে হবে। অনুপস্থিতি, অসুস্থতা বা শিশু সংগ্রহের ব্যবস্থায় পরিবর্তন হলে অভিভাবককে দ্রুত বিদ্যালয়কে জানাতে হবে।
Uniform and Personal Presentation
Pupils must wear the prescribed school uniform and attend school clean and appropriately dressed. Parents should clearly label personal belongings and follow school instructions about permitted items.
ইউনিফর্ম ও ব্যক্তিগত পরিচ্ছন্নতা
শিক্ষার্থীদের নির্ধারিত বিদ্যালয় ইউনিফর্ম পরতে হবে এবং পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন ও যথাযথ পোশাকে বিদ্যালয়ে আসতে হবে। ব্যক্তিগত জিনিসে নাম লিখতে হবে এবং অনুমোদিত সামগ্রী সম্পর্কে বিদ্যালয়ের নির্দেশনা মানতে হবে।
Respectful Behaviour and Discipline
Pupils must treat teachers, staff and classmates with respect; follow classroom instructions; care for school property; and use polite language. Bullying, threats, harassment, discrimination and physical aggression are prohibited. Concerns will be addressed fairly and with regard to pupil welfare.
সম্মানজনক আচরণ ও শৃঙ্খলা
শিক্ষার্থীদের শিক্ষক, কর্মচারী ও সহপাঠীদের সম্মান করতে হবে; শ্রেণিকক্ষের নির্দেশনা মানতে হবে; বিদ্যালয়ের সম্পদের যত্ন নিতে হবে; এবং ভদ্র ভাষা ব্যবহার করতে হবে। বুলিং, হুমকি, হয়রানি, বৈষম্য ও শারীরিক আক্রমণ নিষিদ্ধ। শিক্ষার্থীর কল্যাণ বিবেচনায় অভিযোগ ন্যায্যভাবে নিষ্পত্তি করা হবে।
Class Teacher-Centric Learning
The school follows a class teacher-centric approach. Lessons, guided practice and suitable learning support are provided during school hours. No homework and no private tuition are required under the school’s educational policy.
শ্রেণিশিক্ষককেন্দ্রিক শিক্ষা
বিদ্যালয়ে শ্রেণিশিক্ষককেন্দ্রিক শিক্ষাপদ্ধতি অনুসরণ করা হয়। পাঠদান, নির্দেশিত অনুশীলন ও প্রয়োজনীয় শিক্ষাসহায়তা বিদ্যালয়ের সময়ের মধ্যেই দেওয়া হয়। বিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষানীতি অনুযায়ী বাড়ির কাজ ও প্রাইভেট টিউশন প্রয়োজন নেই।
Safe Drop-off and Authorised Collection
Parents or guardians must hand pupils over to the designated school staff and complete the drop-off and collection register. A child will be released only to a previously authorised collector following the school’s identification procedure. NO ID CARD — NO CHILD RELEASE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Parents and visitors must use the designated waiting area and follow security instructions.
নিরাপদে পৌঁছে দেওয়া ও অনুমোদিত ব্যক্তির কাছে হস্তান্তর
অভিভাবককে নির্ধারিত বিদ্যালয়কর্মীর কাছে শিক্ষার্থীকে হস্তান্তর করতে হবে এবং আগমন ও সংগ্রহ রেজিস্টারে তথ্য লিখতে হবে। বিদ্যালয়ের পরিচয় যাচাই প্রক্রিয়া অনুসরণ করে কেবল পূর্বানুমোদিত ব্যক্তির কাছেই শিশুকে হস্তান্তর করা হবে। পরিচয়পত্র ছাড়া শিশু হস্তান্তর নয়—কোনো ব্যতিক্রম নয়। অভিভাবক ও দর্শনার্থীদের নির্ধারিত অপেক্ষার স্থান ব্যবহার এবং নিরাপত্তা নির্দেশনা মানতে হবে।
Health, Hygiene and Safety
Parents must provide accurate emergency contact and relevant health information and notify the school of contagious illness or important medical needs. Pupils must follow hygiene, supervision and safety instructions.
স্বাস্থ্য, পরিচ্ছন্নতা ও নিরাপত্তা
অভিভাবকদের সঠিক জরুরি যোগাযোগের তথ্য ও প্রাসঙ্গিক স্বাস্থ্যতথ্য দিতে হবে এবং সংক্রামক অসুস্থতা বা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ চিকিৎসাগত প্রয়োজন সম্পর্কে বিদ্যালয়কে জানাতে হবে। শিক্ষার্থীদের স্বাস্থ্যবিধি, তত্ত্বাবধান ও নিরাপত্তা নির্দেশনা মানতে হবে।
Parent Communication and Complaints
Parents must keep contact details current, read official school notices and communicate respectfully with staff. Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to chairman@happykidsprimary.com. The school applies a zero-tolerance approach to threats, harassment and abusive conduct.
অভিভাবক যোগাযোগ ও অভিযোগ
অভিভাবকদের যোগাযোগের তথ্য হালনাগাদ রাখতে হবে, বিদ্যালয়ের আনুষ্ঠানিক বিজ্ঞপ্তি পড়তে হবে এবং কর্মীদের সঙ্গে সম্মানজনকভাবে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে। আনুষ্ঠানিক অভিযোগ chairman@happykidsprimary.com ঠিকানায় লিখিতভাবে পাঠাতে হবে। হুমকি, হয়রানি ও অপমানজনক আচরণের ক্ষেত্রে বিদ্যালয়ের শূন্য-সহনশীলতা নীতি প্রযোজ্য।
Parent Declaration
Before admission is finalised, the parent or legal guardian must read and sign the school’s Parent Declaration, confirming understanding of school rules, fee obligations, safeguarding requirements and authorised collection procedures.
অভিভাবক ঘোষণাপত্র
ভর্তি চূড়ান্ত হওয়ার আগে অভিভাবক বা আইনগত অভিভাবককে বিদ্যালয়ের অভিভাবক ঘোষণাপত্র পড়ে স্বাক্ষর করতে হবে। এর মাধ্যমে বিদ্যালয়ের নিয়ম, ফি প্রদানের দায়িত্ব, শিশু সুরক্ষা এবং অনুমোদিত সংগ্রহ পদ্ধতি বোঝার বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করা হবে।
