Positive Behaviour and School Values
We expect pupils in Grades 1–5 to act with kindness, honesty, courtesy, self-control and responsibility. Teachers explain expectations in age-appropriate language and model respectful conduct.
ইতিবাচক আচরণ ও বিদ্যালয়ের মূল্যবোধ
প্রথম থেকে পঞ্চম শ্রেণির শিক্ষার্থীদের কাছ থেকে দয়া, সততা, সৌজন্য, আত্মসংযম ও দায়িত্বশীল আচরণ প্রত্যাশা করা হয়। শিক্ষকরা বয়সোপযোগী ভাষায় নিয়ম ব্যাখ্যা করেন এবং সম্মানজনক আচরণের দৃষ্টান্ত স্থাপন করেন।
Respect for Everyone
Pupils must respect teachers, classmates, support staff and visitors. They should listen when others speak, use polite language, care for shared materials and respect others’ personal space and belongings.
সবার প্রতি সম্মান
শিক্ষার্থীদের শিক্ষক, সহপাঠী, সহায়ক কর্মী ও দর্শনার্থীদের সম্মান করতে হবে। অন্যের কথা মনোযোগ দিয়ে শোনা, ভদ্র ভাষা ব্যবহার, যৌথ উপকরণের যত্ন নেওয়া এবং অন্যের ব্যক্তিগত পরিসর ও সম্পত্তিকে সম্মান করা প্রত্যাশিত।
Classroom Conduct and Learning
Pupils should arrive punctually, follow reasonable teacher instructions, participate constructively and keep classrooms tidy. Learning and additional support are provided through the class teacher under our No Homework and No Private Tuition policy.
শ্রেণিকক্ষের আচরণ ও শিক্ষা
শিক্ষার্থীদের সময়মতো আসা, শিক্ষকের যুক্তিসংগত নির্দেশনা অনুসরণ, গঠনমূলকভাবে অংশগ্রহণ এবং শ্রেণিকক্ষ পরিষ্কার রাখা উচিত। আমাদের বাড়ির কাজ নয় ও প্রাইভেট টিউশন নয় নীতি অনুযায়ী শ্রেণিশিক্ষকের মাধ্যমে শিক্ষা ও অতিরিক্ত সহায়তা দেওয়া হয়।
Zero Tolerance for Bullying and Discrimination
Bullying, intimidation, harassment, discriminatory language, deliberate exclusion, threats and violence are prohibited. Every concern will be taken seriously, recorded appropriately and addressed with safeguarding as the priority.
বুলিং ও বৈষম্যের বিরুদ্ধে শূন্য সহনশীলতা
বুলিং, ভয় দেখানো, হয়রানি, বৈষম্যমূলক ভাষা, ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে কাউকে বাদ দেওয়া, হুমকি ও সহিংসতা নিষিদ্ধ। প্রতিটি অভিযোগ গুরুত্বের সঙ্গে বিবেচনা, যথাযথভাবে নথিভুক্ত এবং শিশু সুরক্ষাকে অগ্রাধিকার দিয়ে সমাধান করা হবে।
No Corporal Punishment or Humiliation
Physical punishment, humiliating treatment, abusive shouting and degrading disciplinary methods are strictly prohibited. Behaviour must be managed through safe, respectful, proportionate and age-appropriate approaches.
শারীরিক শাস্তি ও অপমান নিষিদ্ধ
শারীরিক শাস্তি, অপমানজনক আচরণ, গালিগালাজ বা চিৎকার এবং মর্যাদাহানিকর শৃঙ্খলামূলক পদ্ধতি কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ। আচরণ সংশোধনে নিরাপদ, সম্মানজনক, আনুপাতিক ও বয়সোপযোগী পদ্ধতি অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
Fair Response to Misconduct
Teachers will listen to the child, establish what happened and respond proportionately. Responses may include a calm reminder, restorative discussion, additional supervision and an individual support plan. Serious or repeated concerns may be referred to school leadership. Children must be treated fairly and given an opportunity to explain.
অসদাচরণের ন্যায়সংগত সমাধান
শিক্ষকরা শিশুর কথা শুনবেন, ঘটনা যাচাই করবেন এবং পরিস্থিতি অনুযায়ী ব্যবস্থা নেবেন। শান্তভাবে স্মরণ করিয়ে দেওয়া, সংশোধনমূলক আলোচনা, অতিরিক্ত তত্ত্বাবধান ও ব্যক্তিগত সহায়তা পরিকল্পনা গ্রহণ করা যেতে পারে। গুরুতর বা পুনরাবৃত্ত সমস্যা বিদ্যালয় নেতৃত্বের কাছে পাঠানো হতে পারে। প্রতিটি শিশুর বক্তব্য দেওয়ার সুযোগ থাকবে।
Working with Parents
Where behaviour concerns persist or are serious, parents or guardians will be informed privately and invited to work with the class teacher on a constructive support plan. Personal information about other children will not be disclosed.
অভিভাবকদের সঙ্গে সহযোগিতা
আচরণগত সমস্যা গুরুতর বা দীর্ঘস্থায়ী হলে অভিভাবককে ব্যক্তিগতভাবে জানানো হবে এবং শ্রেণিশিক্ষকের সঙ্গে গঠনমূলক সহায়তা পরিকল্পনায় অংশ নিতে আহ্বান করা হবে। অন্য শিশুর ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য প্রকাশ করা হবে না।
Recognising Positive Behaviour
Staff will recognise helpfulness, honesty, kindness, effort, teamwork and improvement through age-appropriate praise and school recognition. Rewards should encourage every child rather than shame or exclude others.
ইতিবাচক আচরণের স্বীকৃতি
কর্মীরা সহযোগিতা, সততা, দয়া, প্রচেষ্টা, দলগত কাজ ও উন্নতির জন্য বয়সোপযোগী প্রশংসা ও বিদ্যালয়ের স্বীকৃতি দেবেন। পুরস্কার যেন সব শিশুকে উৎসাহিত করে, কাউকে অপমান বা বঞ্চিত না করে।
Safeguarding, Confidentiality and Reporting
Immediate risks to a child must be reported promptly to the responsible school staff and handled under the Child Safeguarding Policy. Formal written complaints may be sent to the Chairman’s Office at chairman@happykidsprimary.com. Reports will be handled sensitively, with information shared only as necessary for child safety and proper review.

শিশুর তাৎক্ষণিক ঝুঁকি দ্রুত দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত বিদ্যালয় কর্মীকে জানাতে হবে এবং শিশু সুরক্ষা নীতি অনুযায়ী ব্যবস্থা নিতে হবে। আনুষ্ঠানিক লিখিত অভিযোগ chairman@happykidsprimary.com ঠিকানায় চেয়ারম্যানের কার্যালয়ে পাঠানো যাবে। অভিযোগ সংবেদনশীলভাবে পরিচালিত হবে এবং শিশু সুরক্ষা ও যথাযথ পর্যালোচনার প্রয়োজন ছাড়া তথ্য শেয়ার করা হবে না।
