Child Collection: Mandatory Identification
NO ID CARD — NO CHILD RELEASE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Every parent, guardian, relative, driver or authorised collector must present a valid school-issued Parent or Authorised Collector ID Card for verification at every pickup. Verbal assurance, telephone calls and personal recognition do not replace the card.

পরিচয়পত্র ছাড়া শিশু হস্তান্তর নয়—কোনো ব্যতিক্রম নয়। প্রতিবার শিশু সংগ্রহের সময় পিতা-মাতা, অভিভাবক, আত্মীয়, চালক বা অনুমোদিত ব্যক্তিকে বিদ্যালয় কর্তৃক ইস্যুকৃত বৈধ পরিচয়পত্র প্রদর্শন ও যাচাই করাতে হবে। মৌখিক অনুরোধ, ফোন বা ব্যক্তিগত পরিচিতি বিকল্প নয়।
Parent Photographs and Registers
Three recent passport-sized photographs of EACH parent are required for school identification and administrative records. The school maintains authorised collection information and arrival/departure registers. A child remains supervised until identification requirements are satisfied.

প্রত্যেক পিতা-মাতার তিন কপি সাম্প্রতিক পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ছবি প্রয়োজন। বিদ্যালয়ে অনুমোদিত সংগ্রহকারীর তথ্য এবং আগমন-প্রস্থান রেজিস্টার সংরক্ষণ করা হয়। পরিচয় যাচাই সম্পন্ন না হওয়া পর্যন্ত শিশু তত্ত্বাবধানে থাকবে।

Every child has the right to learn in a safe, caring and respectful environment. School staff must treat children with dignity, listen to concerns, and take reasonable steps to protect them from harm, neglect, exploitation and inappropriate conduct.
শিশু সুরক্ষায় আমাদের অঙ্গীকার
প্রতিটি শিশুর নিরাপদ, যত্নশীল ও সম্মানজনক পরিবেশে শিক্ষার অধিকার রয়েছে। বিদ্যালয়ের কর্মীদের শিশুদের মর্যাদা রক্ষা, তাদের উদ্বেগ মনোযোগ দিয়ে শোনা এবং ক্ষতি, অবহেলা, শোষণ ও অনুপযুক্ত আচরণ থেকে সুরক্ষায় যথাযথ ব্যবস্থা নিতে হবে।
Safe Arrival and Handover
Parents or authorised guardians must hand children directly to the designated school staff member. Arrival and departure must be recorded in the school register. Children must not be left unattended at the gate, corridors or waiting area.
নিরাপদ আগমন ও দায়িত্ব হস্তান্তর
পিতা-মাতা বা অনুমোদিত অভিভাবককে নির্ধারিত বিদ্যালয়কর্মীর কাছে সরাসরি শিশুকে হস্তান্তর করতে হবে। বিদ্যালয়ের রেজিস্টারে আগমন ও প্রস্থান নথিভুক্ত করতে হবে। গেট, করিডর বা অপেক্ষার স্থানে কোনো শিশুকে একা রেখে যাওয়া যাবে না।
Authorised Collection — No Exceptions
NO ID CARD — NO CHILD RELEASE — NO EXCEPTIONS. A child may leave only with a registered authorised collector who presents the valid school-issued identification card. Any requested change to collection arrangements must be verified and recorded by the school before release. A child must remain safely supervised while verification is pending.

Visitors, Waiting Area and CCTV
Parents and visitors must follow school entry procedures and use the designated waiting area near Zest Restaurant unless school staff instruct otherwise. Visitors must not enter teaching or child-only areas without authorisation. CCTV supports site security; access to recordings must be restricted to authorised purposes and handled confidentially.

পিতা-মাতা ও দর্শনার্থীদের বিদ্যালয়ে প্রবেশের নিয়ম মানতে হবে এবং কর্মীরা ভিন্ন নির্দেশ না দিলে Zest Restaurant-এর নিকট নির্ধারিত অপেক্ষার স্থানে থাকতে হবে। অনুমতি ছাড়া পাঠদান বা শিশুদের জন্য নির্ধারিত এলাকায় প্রবেশ করা যাবে না। সিসিটিভি নিরাপত্তায় সহায়তা করে; রেকর্ডিং কেবল অনুমোদিত প্রয়োজনে ব্যবহার করতে হবে এবং গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখতে হবে।
Respect, Privacy and Child Welfare
Children must be treated fairly, without humiliation, intimidation or discrimination. Personal information, photographs and safeguarding records must be shared only with those who need them for a legitimate safeguarding or school purpose. Staff should respond sensitively when a child reports feeling unsafe.

শিশুদের অপমান, ভয়ভীতি বা বৈষম্য ছাড়াই ন্যায্য ও সম্মানজনক আচরণ করতে হবে। ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য, ছবি ও সুরক্ষা-সংক্রান্ত নথি কেবল বৈধ বিদ্যালয় বা সুরক্ষার প্রয়োজনে সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তিদের সঙ্গে শেয়ার করা যাবে। কোনো শিশু নিজেকে অনিরাপদ মনে করার কথা জানালে কর্মীদের সংবেদনশীলভাবে ব্যবস্থা নিতে হবে।
Reporting Concerns and Complaints
Report any suspected abuse, neglect, bullying, unsafe collection attempt or staff misconduct promptly to the responsible school authority. The school should record the concern, assess immediate safety and escalate serious matters to the appropriate child-protection or emergency authorities when necessary. For formal complaints, email chairman@happykidsprimary.com. In an emergency, seek immediate local emergency assistance rather than waiting for email.

নির্যাতন, অবহেলা, বুলিং, অনিরাপদভাবে শিশু নেওয়ার চেষ্টা বা কর্মীর অসদাচরণের সন্দেহ হলে দ্রুত দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত বিদ্যালয় কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানান। বিদ্যালয়কে উদ্বেগ নথিভুক্ত করতে, তাৎক্ষণিক নিরাপত্তা মূল্যায়ন করতে এবং প্রয়োজন হলে গুরুতর বিষয় যথাযথ শিশু সুরক্ষা বা জরুরি কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে পাঠাতে হবে। আনুষ্ঠানিক অভিযোগের ইমেইল chairman@happykidsprimary.com। জরুরি অবস্থায় ইমেইলের অপেক্ষা না করে স্থানীয় জরুরি সহায়তা নিন।
Zero Tolerance and Accountability
The school maintains zero tolerance for child abuse, corporal punishment, harassment, bullying and deliberate breaches of child-release safeguards. All reports should be taken seriously, handled fairly and confidentially, and followed by appropriate protective and disciplinary action in accordance with applicable law and school procedures.
