Academic Year 2027
The school academic year runs from January to December 2027. Classes are scheduled to begin on 2 January 2027. The Administration will confirm daily session hours, term breaks and any changes through official notices.
২০২৭ শিক্ষাবর্ষ
বিদ্যালয়ের ২০২৭ শিক্ষাবর্ষ জানুয়ারি থেকে ডিসেম্বর পর্যন্ত চলবে। পাঠদান ২ জানুয়ারি ২০২৭ শুরু হওয়ার কথা রয়েছে। দৈনিক ক্লাসের সময়, মেয়াদভিত্তিক বিরতি ও যেকোনো পরিবর্তন প্রশাসন আনুষ্ঠানিক বিজ্ঞপ্তির মাধ্যমে নিশ্চিত করবে।
Quarterly Examinations — Four Each Year
Four quarterly examination periods are planned: March (Quarter 1), June (Quarter 2), September (Quarter 3) and December (Quarter 4). Exact examination dates, timetables and results-publication dates will be notified by the school. The compulsory examination fee is BDT 500 per quarter, totalling BDT 2,000 for four quarters annually.
ত্রৈমাসিক পরীক্ষা — বছরে চারটি
চারটি ত্রৈমাসিক পরীক্ষার সময় পরিকল্পিত: মার্চ (প্রথম), জুন (দ্বিতীয়), সেপ্টেম্বর (তৃতীয়) ও ডিসেম্বর (চতুর্থ)। পরীক্ষার নির্দিষ্ট তারিখ, সময়সূচি ও ফল প্রকাশের তারিখ বিদ্যালয় জানাবে। বাধ্যতামূলক পরীক্ষার ফি প্রতি ত্রৈমাসিকে ৫০০ টাকা; বছরে চারটি পরীক্ষার মোট ফি ২,০০০ টাকা।
Parents’ Consultation Days
Four Parents’ Consultation Days are planned during the academic year, aligned with quarterly pupil progress reviews where practicable. Confirmed dates and appointment arrangements will be circulated in advance. Parents may also request an additional 30-minute appointment with the class teacher, subject to school arrangements.
অভিভাবক পরামর্শ দিবস
শিক্ষাবর্ষে চারটি অভিভাবক পরামর্শ দিবস আয়োজনের পরিকল্পনা রয়েছে; সম্ভব হলে সেগুলো ত্রৈমাসিক শিক্ষার্থীর অগ্রগতি পর্যালোচনার সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করা হবে। নিশ্চিত তারিখ ও সাক্ষাতের ব্যবস্থা আগেই জানানো হবে। বিদ্যালয়ের ব্যবস্থাপনা অনুযায়ী অভিভাবকেরা শ্রেণিশিক্ষকের সঙ্গে অতিরিক্ত ৩০ মিনিটের সাক্ষাতের অনুরোধ করতে পারবেন।
School Holidays and Public Holidays
The school will publish its approved holiday list, including applicable public and religious holidays, term breaks and any special closures. Holiday dates are not finalised on this page. Parents should follow official school notices rather than assume a holiday date.
বিদ্যালয়ের ছুটি ও সরকারি ছুটি
বিদ্যালয় প্রযোজ্য সরকারি ও ধর্মীয় ছুটি, মেয়াদভিত্তিক বিরতি এবং বিশেষ বন্ধের দিনসহ অনুমোদিত ছুটির তালিকা প্রকাশ করবে। এই পাতায় ছুটির নির্দিষ্ট তারিখ চূড়ান্ত করা হয়নি। অভিভাবকদের অনুমাননির্ভর তারিখের পরিবর্তে বিদ্যালয়ের আনুষ্ঠানিক বিজ্ঞপ্তি অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
Annual Compulsory Study Tour
The school plans one compulsory educational study tour each academic year. The annual study-tour fee is BDT 1,250. The destination, date, supervision arrangements, parent consent requirements and safety instructions will be issued before the visit. The fee is payable according to the school’s payment schedule, not necessarily on admission.
বার্ষিক বাধ্যতামূলক শিক্ষা সফর
বিদ্যালয় প্রতি শিক্ষাবর্ষে একটি বাধ্যতামূলক শিক্ষা সফরের পরিকল্পনা করে। বার্ষিক শিক্ষা সফরের ফি ১,২৫০ টাকা। সফরের আগে গন্তব্য, তারিখ, তত্ত্বাবধান, অভিভাবকের সম্মতি ও নিরাপত্তা নির্দেশনা জানানো হবে। ফি বিদ্যালয়ের নির্ধারিত পরিশোধসূচি অনুযায়ী দিতে হবে; ভর্তির দিনই সব ফি পরিশোধ করতে হবে এমন নয়।
School Events and Group Chairman’s Foundation Day
School learning, cultural, sports and community activities will be announced through the official events calendar. All official academic, sports, staff, study-tour and community awards are presented exclusively on Group Chairman’s Foundation Day. Its date will be confirmed by the Administration; no date is assumed here.
বিদ্যালয়ের অনুষ্ঠান ও গ্রুপ চেয়ারম্যানের ফাউন্ডেশন দিবস
বিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষা, সাংস্কৃতিক, ক্রীড়া ও সামাজিক কার্যক্রমের তথ্য আনুষ্ঠানিক অনুষ্ঠানসূচিতে জানানো হবে। একাডেমিক, ক্রীড়া, শিক্ষক-কর্মচারী, শিক্ষা সফর ও সমাজসেবামূলক সব আনুষ্ঠানিক পুরস্কার কেবল গ্রুপ চেয়ারম্যানের ফাউন্ডেশন দিবসে প্রদান করা হয়। দিবসটির তারিখ প্রশাসন নিশ্চিত করবে; এখানে কোনো তারিখ অনুমান করা হয়নি।
Promotion and Grand Convocation
Following the final quarterly assessments, the school will communicate promotion decisions and arrangements for the Grand Convocation. The Promotion & Grand Convocation fee is BDT 650 for eligible promoted pupils. The ceremony date and payment deadline will be confirmed separately.
শ্রেণি উন্নীতকরণ ও গ্র্যান্ড কনভোকেশন
চূড়ান্ত ত্রৈমাসিক মূল্যায়নের পর বিদ্যালয় শ্রেণি উন্নীতকরণের সিদ্ধান্ত ও গ্র্যান্ড কনভোকেশনের আয়োজন সম্পর্কে জানাবে। যোগ্য উন্নীত শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য প্রমোশন ও গ্র্যান্ড কনভোকেশন ফি ৬৫০ টাকা। অনুষ্ঠানের তারিখ ও ফি পরিশোধের শেষ সময় আলাদাভাবে জানানো হবে।
Official Notices and Calendar Amendments
All planned dates are subject to confirmation or change by the school Administration. Any amendments, emergency closures or revised examination and event schedules will be communicated through official school channels. Parents should keep their contact details up to date.
আনুষ্ঠানিক বিজ্ঞপ্তি ও ক্যালেন্ডার সংশোধন
